Farmleigh Art Visit 
I found my visit to Farmleigh a very interesting day. It showed me how other artists can make the most simple things into pieces of art. I could not believe that art could be so expensive, I thought that art was only expensive if a very famous artist did it.
This trip made me think about my own artwork, it definitely broadened my mind and made me look at art in a different way. I was mostly impressed my spiders that were placed on a metal gate. I thought it was a very simple but brilliant idea. The spiders were made out of umbrellas, the handle was their head and the rest of the umbrella was their body. It was a very original idea and I had never seen such ordinary objects used like this for pieces of sculpture.
All the sixth years seemed to have enjoyed the day out.
